Honey Butter Ginger Carrots
Ingredients:
Baby carrots or chopped carrots
Butter
Honey
Ginger
Salt
Instructions:
Place carrots, water, honey, ginger and salt in a pot and set on medium heat
Cook until the carrots are tender
If the water runs low and the carrots are still hard add a bit more water
When the water is almost gone stir the carrots well to glaze with the remaining liquid
Eat immediately or freeze and reheat in microwave
